Job summary

Hartalega is seeking a Training Specialist - Production Training to collaborate with project teams and implement effective training programs in glove manufacturing. You will develop learning resources, deliver sessions, and evaluate training outcomes to strengthen operator skill and production efficiency.

The role demands hands-on engineering capability, TTT certification, and experience coordinating with universities or external training bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in training and development or education-related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of glove production processes and related equipment.
• Ability to perform hands-on engineering tasks and identify tech-related causes of product failures.
• TTT certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules based on updates and identified needs.
• Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in internal and inter-departmental meetings to provide updates, initiate new projects, and gather input from process owners.
• Collaborate with Hartalega Project Teams to introduce new technologies and implement corresponding training modules.
• Cascade information to downline teams to drive understanding, task quality, and timely completion.
