Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates in training/development or education-related roles preferred.
Proficient in Excel; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Understanding of glove production processes and Hartalega technologies is important.
TTT (Train-The-Trainer) certification is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules based on updates and identified needs.
Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and impact.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in internal meetings to provide updates and gather input from process owners.
Collaborate with Hartalega Project Teams to introduce new technologies and implement corresponding training modules.
Cascade information to downline teams to drive understanding and timely completion.
