Job summary

Hartalega is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to design, conduct and evaluate training across all employee levels in Sepang. You will coordinate with SMEs, maintain records, monitor safety and attend to disciplinary matters as needed.

Responsibilities include developing content, assessing competency, providing coaching, and ensuring timely retraining based on materials and schedules. A Diploma in Engineering with 3–4 years in glove dipping processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–4 years relevant experience and success in evaluation tests.
• In-depth knowledge of glove dipping process, parameters and common abnormalities.
• Familiarity with systems used in the dipping process.
• Ability to identify causes of product failures related to the dipping process.
• Hands-on tasks involved in the dipping process.
• Identify and classify glove defects accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and retraining for all employee levels based on training materials and schedule.
• Assess employee competency using the checklist and planned schedule.
• Work with SMEs to improve training content and delivery.
• Provide coaching and support to trainees.
• Keep accurate training records and evaluations.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during training.
• Monitor attendance and discipline of subordinates.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the superior.
