Job summary

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering with 3–4 years of relevant experience, and involves hands‑on dipping process tasks, defect identification, and continuous improvement initiatives within a leading nitrile

Qualifications

• Assist in designing and delivering training programs for all employee levels.
• Assess trainee competency using established checklists and schedules.
• Collaborate with SMEs to improve training content and delivery methods.
• Provide coaching and support to trainees to ensure learning transfer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate training records and evaluations.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during training and operations.
• Monitor attendance and discipline of subordinates.
