Hartalega is seeking a Training Specialist - Production Training to collaborate with project teams and implement effective training programs in glove manufacturing. You will develop learning resources, deliver sessions, and evaluate training outcomes to strengthen operator skill and production efficiency.
The role demands hands-on engineering capability, TTT certification, and experience coordinating with universities or external training bodies.

Collaborate with Hartalega Project Teams to introduce new technologies and implement corresponding training modules effectively.
Develop and enhance learning resources based on updated subject areas, and organize and deliver training programs supported by structured training and assessment plans.
Evaluate training outcomes to strengthen skill development and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules based on updates and identified needs.
2. Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
3. Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and impact.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
5. Participate in internal and inter-departmental meetings to provide updates, initiate new projects, and gather input from process owners.
6. Collaborate with Hartalega Project Teams to introduce new technologies and implement corresponding training modules.
7. Cascade information to downline teams to drive understanding, task quality, and timely completion.
Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including training and development or education-related roles; experience with universities, technical training, or coordination with external institutions is preferred.
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Understanding of glove production processes, including related equipment, machinery, systems, and new technologies implemented at Hartalega.
5. Ability to perform hands-on engineering tasks and identify technology-related causes of product failures.
6. Train-The-Trainer (TTT) certification.
