Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Training Specialist - Production Training to collaborate with project teams, introduce new technologies, and implement training modules effectively. You will develop learning resources, organize and deliver training programs with structured plans, and evaluate outcomes to strengthen skills and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in training and/or education roles; collaboration with universities or external institutions preferred.
Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Understanding of glove production processes and related equipment.
Hands-on engineering capability to identify technology-related failures.
TTT certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules.
Plan and execute training sessions aligned with learning objectives.
Design evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and improvements.
Participate in meetings to provide updates and initiate projects.
Cascade information to downline teams to drive understanding and timely completion.
