The role requires a IT-related degree or significant networking experience, strong written and interpersonal communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Preferrable someone in In-depth understanding of security system product and willing to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related computer field OR significant experience in networking.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions by guiding customer step-by-step via phone, email, or on-site assistance.
• Handle warranty claims by coordinating repairs, replacements, and warranty documentation.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for all technical related concerns from clients or other employees.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot new launch products or systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide training to clients or internal staff on system usage and maintenance.
• Able to collaborate with various department team member to address defects and improvements.
• Available to provide on-site support for customer.
