Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technical Engineer / IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support across the customer journey, from pre-sales consultation to installation, troubleshooting and post-sales service.

The role involves product demonstrations, requirements analysis, on-site and remote support, and collaboration with sales and engineering teams. Fresh graduates with strong CGPA welcome; travel to customer sites will be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, CE, Electronics, Networking or related field.
Minimum CGPA 3.0 is required.
Fresh graduates with CGPA 3.0 and above are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware and software.
Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining technical solutions.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team with technical consultation, solution recommendations, quotations and proposals.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT/networking solutions.
Perform installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Assist with site surveys, project implementation and system maintenance.
Liaise with vendors and internal teams on technical matters.
Prepare technical and service documentation.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional support.
Travel to customer sites when required.
