Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in CS/electronics/telecommunications/IS preferred.
- No previous experience required.
- Strong willingness to learn hosting, networking and cloud concepts.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st-level technical support via ticketing system, email and phone.
- Assist customers with email hosting, website hosting, DNS and domain issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on Linux and Windows hosting environments.
- Monitor servers and initial investigations of alerts.
- Handle and update customer support tickets with timely follow-up.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/NOC/Cloud/Infrastructure teams.
- Assist with routine server monitoring, maintenance and checks.
- Document incidents and troubleshooting activities.
- Work with senior engineers to develop skills in hosting, networking, cloud and system administration.
