- Provide technical support to company products and services
- Troubleshoot POS system issues and assist customers in resolving problems
- Support helpdesk and call center operations as first-level support
- Create and follow up support tickets until case closure
- Assist in system setup and configuration for clients
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before new product release
