Sonicboom Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Support - Installer to ensure timely delivery of technology products and services. You will manage vendor relations, perform on-site/off-site installation, and respond to support requests via calls, emails or tickets.

Qualifications

• Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or equivalent (Fresh graduates welcome to apply).
• Must possess your own transportation (prefer Bike).
• Willingness to learn and travel.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Able to conduct pre-installation stock checks to ensure availability of required equipment, tools, and materials.
• Able to report shortages, damage, or unavailability of equipment and materials to the Technical Manager and Admin team.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project requirements, technical specifications, company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
• Manage external vendor relationships and services.
• Complete all assigned tasks within a given time frame, including on-site and off-site mechanical and electrical and software/hardware work.
• Respond quickly to support requests and attend to cases after calls, emails, or instructions are received.
• Explain the cause of problems and the reasons for solutions applied, whether permanent or temporary.
• Work closely with internal technical/software teams or external clients/users to tackle support tasks and resolve problems.
• Record, track, prioritize, and update incident tickets within IT Service Management (ITSM) software to closure.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing platforms.
• Perform installation, cabling, configuration, testing, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems at project sites.
• Conduct on-site system demonstrations and user training for clients and site personnel
