Job summary

Ventino Corporation Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur (with project sites in Kuala Lumpur and Penang) seeks a skilled technician to install, test, and troubleshoot hotel door locks, digital locks, and smart systems. You will perform on-site service and coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical fields, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 2–5 years of installation/maintenance/repair experience.
• Experience with electronic systems, locks, or smart systems is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• System Installation & Setup: Install and configure software and hardware for hotel door locks, digital locks, smart home devices, safe boxes, and smart hotel systems.
• Testing & Commissioning: Perform thorough testing and commissioning to ensure all systems function properly, securely, and according to project requirements.
• Troubleshooting & Repair Attend project sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• On-Site Support & Service: Provide professional on-site support to customers. Ensure issues are resolved promptly, and customer expectations are met.
• Task Planning & Execution: Manage daily tasks independently, ensuring work is completed on time and according to standards.
• Coordination & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication.
• Quality & Professional Standards: Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism at all times.
