Job summary

ADEL Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a technical install & support specialist to install and troubleshoot smart door lock systems for hotels and properties across Malaysia.

You will configure locks, ensure proper wiring, and integrate with PMS and access control systems, then conduct testing and handover to clients. The role requires 2–5 years in related field, a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience: 2–5 years in related field.
• Preferred: Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install smart door locks and hotel door locks.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate installation schedules with contractors and internal teams.
• Provide training to hotel staff and clients on system usage.
• Prepare maintenance logs and handover reports.
• Ensure compliance with installation standards.
