Job summary

ADEL Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a technically competent Engineer to support our Smart Hotel & Building Solutions portfolio in Malaysia.

You will provide technical consultation, design systems, prepare proposals, demonstrate products and troubleshoot on-site, coordinating with sales and project teams. The role suits someone who enjoys technology, solving problems and applying engineering knowledge to real-world hotel projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in building automation, ELV systems, access control, smart locks, lighting control, IoT or hotel technology will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams and system architecture.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Willing to travel for site visits, project implementation and customer support when required.

We are looking for a motivated and technically competent Engineer to support our Smart Hotel & Building Solutions business.

You will be responsible for technical consultation, system design, product demonstrations, project implementation and troubleshooting. You will work closely with the sales team to develop suitable solutions for hotels, developers, consultants and contractors.
