Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical IT support experience in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, ticketing system, and in-person.
• Support Windows 10/11 and Office 365, including Outlook and OneDrive.
• Assist in teaching spaces using Zoom, MS Teams, Barco, Neat Bar, Crestron and similar tools.
• Perform PC refresh, preventative maintenance, and hardware installations or upgrades.
• Handle devices and peripherals, IP phones, printers, and video conferencing equipment at Level 1.
