Job summary

You will install, deploy, and train users, record inquiries, and maintain technical documentation while escalating complex problems as needed.

Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years' experience are welcome; strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Fresh graduates and up to 2 years experience encouraged.
• Good knowledge of IT applications and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, ERP, or Accounting Systems is an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Accounting processes will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and on-site.
• Perform system installation, deployment, and user training.
• Record and track customer inquiries, incidents, and feedback.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up on resolutions.
