Job summary

Mech-Mind Robotics in Malaysia invites a proactive Solutions Engineer to support outside sales, develop processes between sales and solutions teams, and deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals to customers.

Based in Penang, Kuala Lumpur or Selangor, the role requires 3+ years in technical sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel frequently; you will translate customer needs into technical specifications and collaborate across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as a solutions engineer or in a technical sales environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales strategies and customer interaction of the outside sales team.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Penang, Kuala Lumpur or Selangor, Malaysia, willingness for frequent business travel.
