Job summary

Concentrix Malaysia is seeking an Advisor I, Technical Support to handle customer inquiries via calls or online channels, delivering service and resolving routine product or service issues in line with client requirements.

You will be part of a dynamic team, maintain knowledge of client offerings, document interactions, and strive to meet KPIs while maintaining a courteous, empathetic approach and opportunity to upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer navigation and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls or online channels.
• Resolve routine product or service issues to meet client KPIs.
• Clarify requirements and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer data and document interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team and escalate complex cases as needed.
