Responsibilities

• Assist the Country Customer Service Manager with departmental administration tasks.
• Provide product, service, or equipment technical information when needed.
• Prepare and present solution proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot field inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor assigned cases and update activities in the company tracking system.
• Manage customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments as required.
• Develop and disseminate product technical user documentation.
• Collaborate with product management and development on technical questions.
• Offer standard and custom trainings to support Beckhoff products and customer solutions.
