Job summary

Hunters International is seeking a driven Business Development professional to grow software sales across Malaysia, with emphasis on Penang. You will manage client relationships and lead the delivery of tailored software solutions and POC prototypes.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, presenting technical proposals, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a software-related role.
• Proven background in technical sales, business development, pre-sales, or solution engineering.
• Experience in software prototyping, technical troubleshooting, requirement gathering, and system deployment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and maintain client relationships across Malaysia, with a focus on Penang.
• Bridge commercial development with hands-on software solution delivery to meet client needs.
• Gather client requirements to design, build, and deploy customized software solutions and POC prototypes.
• Provide technical demonstrations, troubleshooting, and user training; ensure project delivery with engineering teams.
