Job summary

Hunters International seeks a Solutions Engineer (Sales & Technical) in Penang to bridge commercial development and software delivery. You will drive growth, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored software solutions and POC prototypes.

The role requires 2+ years in a software-related field, strong technical and presentation skills, and the ability to gather requirements and coordinate with engineering teams for successful deployment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a software-related role.
Background in technical sales, business development, pre-sales, or solution engineering.
Experience in software prototyping, troubleshooting, requirement gathering and deployment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth and manage key client relationships across Malaysia, focused on Penang.
Gather client requirements to design, build, and deploy customized software solutions and POC prototypes; provide demos and training.
Collaborate with engineering teams for project delivery; maintain technical documentation and weekly activity reporting.
