Job summary

Hunters International Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple technology projects from planning through delivery, coordinating internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget outcomes.

You will partner with the Technical Lead, manage stakeholder expectations, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience.
• Experience using project management software and tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors and clients for successful execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Work closely with the Technical Lead throughout project execution.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Monitor resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to scope, schedules and costs using project management techniques.
