The position is office-based with a monthly salary of RM 5,000–RM 8,000, offering direct mentorship from the CEO and a path to scale the function regionally. You will own the full sales cycle, engage with school leadership, and work with product and operations to turn

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in business development or a client-facing role.
• Comfort discussing software platforms and running platform demos for developers.
• Adaptable in early-stage environments with ambiguity, multi-hat responsibilities.
• Strong communication; capable of leading meetings with schools and business owners.
• Based in Klang Valley or able to work there; willing to travel.
• Experience in SaaS, mobility, logistics, or edtech, or selling into schools/education.
• Cross-functional exposure across sales, product and operations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin for the local market.
• Existing network in education or transport.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth while contributing to product direction.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and client meetings through pitches, demos, proposals, and closing.
• Translate real needs from schools, operators, and parents into clear product input, aligning development with market needs.
• Monitor app and operations performance, flag gaps, and support onboarding of new accounts.
• Represent the company at external meetings, pitches, demos, and industry events.
• Work closely with the CEO on key strategic decisions.
