Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Sales and Marketing professional in Malaysia to grow target accounts, qualify leads, and expand market presence across private and government sectors, by identifying customer needs and offering MT’s product solutions.

You will manage the sales pipeline in CRM, schedule calls, support campaigns, and represent MT at events, delivering high quality technical solutions and building lasting relationships with suspects, prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

• Grow target accounts and consistently build sales pipeline.
• Qualifying database and updating CRM.
• Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedules.
• Identifying current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirements.
• Support Team Leader and Head of Division in execution of marketing campaigns, leads generation and pipeline management.
• Effectively deliver high quality solutions to suspects, prospects and customers.
• Attune to market/competition movements and leverage the information to build market presence.
• Actively driving and growing sales pipeline; provide technology evaluation stage of the sales process in conjunction with the technical support team.
• Become a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for MT pro.
• Communicate regulatory compliance requirements and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership.
• Represent the solution to customers and engage customers in the field with events such as conferences and seminars.
• Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
• Conduct negotiations to secure win-win agreements with customers.
• Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environments; or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services.
• Prepare cost estimates with related customer documents.
• Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.
• Maintain records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system.
