Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to manage client contracts, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical material solutions for solar and semiconductor sectors.

You will maintain relationships with existing accounts, prepare professional quotations, and coordinate with engineering to ensure custom parts meet client blueprints. Strong multilingual communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business or related field required.
• 2–5 years in Sales/Business Development or Account Management, startup or manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client contracts, sales records and documentation.
• Identify and engage potential clients in solar cell and semiconductor sectors.
• Understand client specifications and provide tailored material solutions.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts with high service levels.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate delivery terms; manage full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure parts meet client blueprints.
• Coordinate internal procedures and liaise with authorities and auditors.
• Coordinate staff training and product knowledge workshops.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Assist management with administrative improvements for efficiency.
• Support cross-functional coordination between sales, logistics, and finance.
• Provide strategic input for business development initiatives and projects.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by Management.
