Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales/Engineering professional with 1–2 years of related experience to drive market opportunities. You will perform market analysis, reach out to potential customers via cold calls, present product and service solutions, and prepare quotations and technical proposals.
You will also handle after-sales support, installation, testing, and commissioning, while building strong customer relationships and delivering timely reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Microelectronics).
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Self-motivated, proactive and passionate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Team-player with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Responsibilities
- Perform market analysis and find potential customers.
- Make cold calls and meet with customers to introduce products and services.
- Prepare quotations and technical proposals for customers.
- Perform after-sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Provide timely and accurate external and internal reports.
- Assist in tasks assigned by supervisor.
