Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Executive – Semiconductor Materials in central Malaysia to lead account growth and mentor a team of sales professionals. The role requires a technical degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with travel to regional clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or technical account management experience in semiconductor packaging or microchip assembly.
• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and drive account growth across key semiconductor clients in central Malaysia.
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff in technical product management and client acquisition strategies.
• Manage customer credit lines, perform risk assessments, and ensure timely collections.
• Offer material recommendations and cost simulations directly to client engineering teams.
• Build strong commercial relationships through regular technical consultations and client entertainment.
