Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holders (Preferably engineering or science major) or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related working experience.
• Motivated with strong initiative towards problem solving.
• Strong drive to achieve business objectives and grow regional markets.
• Proven ability to document findings for escalation when necessary.
• Able to read & interpret schematic diagrams.
• Experience in conducting presentations is advantageous.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers/colleagues).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision; occasional long hours.
• Occasional overseas travel may be required.
• Senior position may be considered for candidates with rich experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer requests for quotations and provide pre and post sales technical support.
• Attend to all customer requests promptly and follow up outstanding issues for closure.
• Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, users and company personnel.
• Develop new markets and customers on own initiative (industrial and R&D).
