Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven professional to manage and grow key customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.

You will prepare technical proposals, tailor engineering solutions to customer needs, and coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical sales or business development in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or industrial sector preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying potential new clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base within Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and engineering solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings, and site inspections to support business development activities.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities to secure orders.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales activities and project status.
