Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for technical positions. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source top talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive offers with a strong focus on candidate experience.

You should have at least 5 years in tech recruitment, deep knowledge of technology roles, and excellent communication across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and hiring trends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment processes for technical roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Effectively manage expectations of both hiring managers and candidates
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold employer branding standards
