Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across the organisation. You will drive candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding while aligning with hiring managers and the employer branding strategy.

You will build strong talent pipelines, provide strategic hiring advice, and ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.
• Good understanding of recruitment practices and talent sourcing strategies.
• Experience in employer branding, campus recruitment or recruitment events is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates, screen, interview, assess and coordinate offers.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing and assessment techniques.
• Build talent pipelines through portals, social media and networks.
• Maintain candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor progress and ensure positions are filled within timelines.
• Collaborate with universities and participate in career events.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Translate feedback into initiatives to enhance employee experience.
