Job summary
Anugerah Saintifik Sdn. Bhd. (ASSB) is seeking an experienced Assistant Technical Manager to support the Technical Manager for medical and laboratory equipment in Malaysia. This on-site role offers leadership growth and structured mentoring with manufacturer-certified training.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on experience and a related engineering degree, with a willingness to travel nationwide to support hospitals and laboratories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Medical Electronics, Biomedical Science, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or related engineering field.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience servicing medical devices or laboratory equipment.
- Willingness to travel throughout Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Manager in coordinating daily technical service operations.
- Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Provide technical guidance to Service Engineers and Technicians.
- Assist in hospital and laboratory installation projects.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with MDA Malaysia and GDPMDS.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster continuous learning.
