Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on servicing medical devices or lab equipment.
- Experience with complex installations, calibration and independent troubleshooting.
- Willing to travel nationwide and schedule flexibility.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation and commissioning of medical and laboratory equipment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Prepare service documentation and escalation records.
- Coordinate with hospital stakeholders on technical matters.
- Mentor junior technicians in the field.
- Support tender and project technical requirements.
