Job summary

Intersurgical Medical Sdn Bhd is seeking to support the QA/RA Head of Department at the Malaysia site laboratory. The role performs laboratory testing, manages equipment, and supports technical evaluations across product life cycles, aligned with corporate requirements, without ownership of product development or validation decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field and at least 2 years in a quality lab, preferably in medical devices or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field.
• 2 years of relevant quality lab experience in medical device/pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HSE, GLP, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, GMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, operation, and continuous improvement of site laboratory facilities and workflows.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
• Maintain laboratory equipment records, status logs, and maintenance documentation.
• Execute laboratory tests in accordance with approved methods, work instructions, and protocols.
• Compile laboratory test data into clear and accurate reports for internal technical evaluation.
