in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform leak testing, cleaning, troubleshooting and repair of medical equipment including bronchoscope, ENT endoscope, cytoscope, ureteroscope and scivita single use endoscope before sending to customers. You will manage sales calls and sales leads with hospitals and specialist centers, work closely with the Marketing Team to understand benefits and use of medical devices, support workshops and product

Qualifications

• Experience with leak testing and cleaning medical scopes.
• Ability to manage sales calls with hospitals and specialist centers.
• Willingness to support workshops and product launches.

Job description

This role involves leak testing, cleaning, troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment including bronchoscope, ENT endoscope, cytoscope, ureteroscope, and scivita single use endoscope before sending to customers. You will manage sales calls and sales leads with hospitals and specialist centers, work closely with the Marketing Team to understand the benefits and use of medical devices, support workshops and product launches, roadshows and other sales activities. You will provide product technical support in Operating Theatre cases and update sales reports on daily activities and events to management.

Key responsibilities

Leak test, clean scope, troubleshoot and repair medical equipment before sending to customer

Manage sales calls and sales leads with hospitals and specialist centers

Work closely with Marketing Team to understand benefits and use of medical devices

Support workshops and launch of new products, roadshows and other sales leads

Provide product technical support in Operating Theatre cases
