Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficient in planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

• Strong communication and coordination skills; adaptable to construction site work.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is an added advantage for coordination with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor the progress and objectives of the design work, supervising design staff, and ensuring timely completion.

Establishing and monitoring the progress and objectives of the design work, supervising the work plans of the design staff, and ensuring that the design work is completed on time.

Reviewing design plans, including structural, architectural, interior design, plumbing and drainage, infrastructure works to ensure that they meet project requirements, relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Coordinating communication and cooperation between the design department and other project departments, resolving design issues in a timely manner, and coordinating the interests of all parties.

Monitoring design changes during the construction process and controlling the cost and impact of design changes to ensure that construction progress and quality are not affected.

Organizing the preparation and review of design documents to ensure the accuracy of design files, such as construction drawings, bills of quantities, and material specifications.

Establishing and improving design standards, regulations, systems, and processes to improve the quality and efficiency of design work.

Providing technical guidance, coordinating the execution of construction plans, processes, and technical requirements, and making technical suggestions.

Communicating with clients to understand their needs, communicating and coordinating design plans with clients.

Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to the construction site working environment.
