Job summary

TP is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle for a technical B2B portfolio. Based in Malaysia, you will engage decision-makers remotely, build relationships, and drive revenue from prospecting through deal closure.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 2 years of experience in machine/engineering/technical sales, fluent Bahasa Malay and business English, and a technical background in mechanical engineering or HVAC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
2 years total employment history are required.
1-3 years relevant sales experience in machine/engineering/technical/B2B sales is required.
Certificate of Employment (COE) from previous/current employer(s) is required for visa processing.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and engage technical and executive stakeholders via phone, email, and digital channels.
Conduct consultative sales conversations with clients.
Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and activity logs in CRM (daily).
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and account management teams to drive deal velocity.
Prepare and deliver product pitches tailored to technical buyer personas.
Monthly sales commission (10-12% of base salary) for successful sales performance.
