Job summary

TP is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle for a technical B2B portfolio. You will engage decision-makers remotely, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth from prospecting through deal closure.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, with 2+ years in sales and a technical background in mechanical engineering or industrial equipment. Proficiency in Bahasa Malay and business English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• At least 2 years of total employment history.
• Certificate of Employment (COE) from previous/current employer(s), required for visa processing purposes.
• 1-3 years relevant sales experience in machine/engineering/technical/B2B sales.
• Strong Bahasa Malay + business English.
• Technical background in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, HVAC, manufacturing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage technical and executive stakeholders via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations with clients.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and activity logs in CRM (daily).
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and account management teams to drive deal velocity.
• Prepare and deliver product pitches tailored to technical buyer personas.
