Job summary

Private Advertiser in Alor Gajah, Melaka, is seeking a Civil Engineering support trainee/entry role. You will assist in preparing technical documents, drawings in AutoCAD, and project documentation.

Ideal for new graduates with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. You will support quantity take-off, material calculations, and filing, coordinating with site personnel as needed. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to read and understand basic engineering/construction drawings

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing technical documents, reports, quotations and project documentation
• Prepare and update basic civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD
• Assist in preparing quantity take-off, material calculations and basic Bill of Quantities (BQ)
• Review and organize construction drawings, specifications and other technical documents
• Maintain proper filing and records for ongoing and completed projects
• Assist in preparing progress reports, work schedules and project-related submissions
• Coordinate with project/site personnel, suppliers, subcontractors and relevant parties when required
• Assist in preparing documents for tender, quotation and government-related projects
• Monitor project documentation and ensure required records are updated
• Perform general technical and administrative duties related to company projects

This is a Civil Engineering support role based in Alor Gajah, Melaka.
