Job summary

Dynast Consult Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Drafting Engineer to translate client and stakeholder requirements into detailed drawings and technical documentation. You will manage revisions, prepare submissions for authorities, tenders, and construction, and travel as needed to support projects.

Ideal candidates hold an Electrical Engineering degree (BEM) with 3+ years of experience and are proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• 3+ years of working experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driving license.
• BIM skills are an added advantage.
• Experience in Data Center, Water/Sewerage Treatment, or Railway System is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and produce detailed mechanical drawings, while maintaining and tracking all design revisions.
• Prepare necessary calculations pertaining to design work.
• Design and draft mechanical drawings for authority submissions, tender documentation, and construction purposes.
• Prepare technical documents for submissions, tenders, and construction.
• Travel outstation when required to support project needs.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance, reviewing their work, and supporting their professional development.
• Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with project requirements.

About you
