Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a technical support professional to assist customers with cloud infrastructure solutions, including setup, management, and optimization, in collaboration with Huawei Cloud teams. The role involves proactive problem solving, maintaining security, and driving customer success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive cloud experience, strong networking knowledge, and willingness to travel. PMP/HCIX certificates are preferred; proficiency in Python, Shell, and PHP is a plus.

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
• Strong understanding of networking in cloud environments (VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancers, VPNs, firewalls).
• Experience implementing security best practices in network design, including secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers, including technical communication and fault analysis.
• Collaborate with Huawei Cloud teams to offer enterprise-level support programs and derive best practices.
• Set up, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure for customers.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and security; implement monitoring, alerting, and logging.
• Conduct security assessments and audits of cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and coordinate with development, operations, and security teams.

Fully cooperate with Huawei Cloud teams to provide special benefits for enterprise-level support programs based on customer satisfaction and service stability, output best practices, and proactively improve and plan special services based on customer pain points.

Professional knowledge requirements:

Extensive experience with cloud platforms including setting up, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure.

Experience in cloud computing projects or at least 5 years customer service experience is preferred.

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with networking concepts in cloud environments, including VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancers, VPNs, and firewalls.

Experience implementing and managing security best practices in network design, including secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.

Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and security.

Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure system availability and performance.

Conduct regular security assessments and audits of cloud environments.

Provide support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure issues.

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to resolve technical challenges.

Familiar with at least one script language, such as Python, Shell, and PHP.

PMP certificate for project management or HCIX certificate for Huawei Cloud services is preferred.
