Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to assist manufacturing operations. The role requires a Diploma in Computing/IT with 1-2 years of IT support experience, especially with Windows OS and hardware support. You will understand shop floor processes and help troubleshoot system issues based on feedback, while monitoring stability and compiling reports.

Flexibility to work shifts and weekends is required to ensure continuous support on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Computing/IT or related with 1-2 years of IT support experience in a manufacturing setup.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot configuration and system issues based on manufacturing feedback.
• Monitor and track system stability and compile reports.
• Understand shop floor functionality and support operations.
• Able to work shifts and weekends to provide coverage.
