Vircle is Malaysia’s 1st and largest family finance and cashless school platform, helping parents guide their children into cashless and digital payments in a safe, controlled environment in and beyond schools. With a focus on parental oversight and financial education, we believe every child should learn money management before entering adulthood.
Today, Vircle serves around 180k+ users across 100+ partner schools, powering everything from canteen purchases and school fee payments to ECA/CCA bookings and meal plans. Having become a leading cashless platform in Malaysia’s private and international school sector, we have started expanding into public schools, with the goal of becoming the primary payment method for every child in Malaysia.
Role Overview
You will join our sales team to bring the Vircle cashless school solution to public schools across Malaysia. Each hire will own a region (Klang Valley, North, South or East Malaysia) and be responsible for opening doors, building relationships and converting schools into Vircle customers.
Selling into public schools is different. Decisions involve the school leadership, the PIBG, canteen operators, and education authorities at the district, state and federal levels. You will understand how this ecosystem works, know who needs to be convinced and in what order, and be comfortable navigating it in Bahasa Melayu. You won’t just pitch a product; you will understand the real problems schools, parents and students face, and shape solutions around them. Your feedback from the field will directly influence what we build.
What You’ll Sell
- Cashless canteen:students pay at the canteen without cash, with parents able to top up, set limits and track spending
- School fees and collections:digital collection of school fees and other payments, reducing cash handling and manual reconciliation for school administrators
- PIBG collections:simple, transparent collection of PIBG contributions with clear records for the PIBG committee
- Ancillaries: collections for fundraising, parent communication tools, attendance tracking, etc.
