Job summary

TEKMARK SDN BHD seeks a Sales Engineer to drive growth in Malaysia's Education sector, combining technical solution selling with account management to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.

You'll conduct product presentations, engage in technical discussions, prepare weekly activity reports, and coordinate with internal teams on pre- and post-tender activities. A strong communicator with a bias for action will thrive in this hybrid, field-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 2–3 years in sales/support, preferably in Education sector (universities, MARA, ministries). Fresh grads welcome.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Own transport and willingness to travel frequently.

What you’ll bring

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales and support experience, preferably with accounts in the Education sector such as Public and Private Universities, MARA, the Ministry of Human Resources, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Ministry of Digital. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
