Job summary

A2 Automation Sdn Bhd in Cyberjaya seeks a proactive Sales Admin to support the sales team and coordinate activities across orders, quotations, invoices, and communications.

You will manage client inquiries, maintain databases, prepare reports, and assist with tender submissions and travel arrangements, leveraging strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Assist sales team with client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients and internal departments on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Monitor order status and prepare sales reports and summaries.
• Support tender submissions and documentation as needed.
• Arrange meetings, travel, and appointments for the sales team.
