Job summary

Armsmotion sdn bhd in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Junior Sales Admin to support the sales team with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers and clients.

You will prepare quotations, POs, DOs and invoices, follow up with customers on orders and documents, and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction.
• Technical or construction background encouraged.
• Experience in Sales Admin or Sales Coordination preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices and other sales documents.
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and documentation tasks.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries and required documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams regarding sales and project requirements.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, orders, invoices and customer information.
• Prepare simple sales reports and tracking using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with order processing, delivery coordination and material arrangements.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Assist with project-related documentation when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
