Job summary

Maersk Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager - Technology, Customer and Operations to provide technical support to users across in-country ITs/TCOs, development and product teams for Maersk WMS throughout the product lifecycle.

You will resolve tickets within SLAs, advise on bug fixes, perform onsite SIT and UAT, Hypercare support, review stored procedures, and communicate with stakeholders while enabling deployment and automated improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support ticket resolution – ensure all tickets are resolved within the SLAs
• Program Bug fixing advice
• Onsite SIT, UAT and Hypercare support
• System functionality advice
• Stored Procedure review
• Stakeholder communication
• User communication and education
• Program Modification and Deployment
• Functionality test
• Automate any / all of the above
