Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Technical Support professional to assist Users in-country ITs/TCOs, development and product teams for Maersk WMS, covering the entire iterative product development and usage cycle.

The role focuses on incident resolution, bug-fix guidance, onsite SIT/UAT and Hypercare support, system functionality advice, and stakeholder education to ensure smooth operations and ongoing improvements.
