Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking an Assistant Manager - IT Operations in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will interact with business users, analyze AS-IS to TO-BE processes, and document TO-BE configurations for MS Dynamics/WMS integration.

You will design functional configurations, work with developers, prepare test scenarios, and support testing and incident/change requests. Strong MySQL and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of WMS Developer working experience.
• 3+ years' experience in WMS module, including DC configuration and implementation of Put-away and Allocation strategies with WMS.
• Good knowledge of MySQL.
• Results-oriented with the ability to support team objectives and goals.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business users across all levels of the organization.
• Conduct GAP analysis between AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
• Design and document TO-BE business processes aligned with MS Dynamic functionality.
• Design and document functional application configurations.
• Design and document functional enhancements to WMS, including screens, interfaces, and reports.
• Collaborate with development resources to ensure compliance with functional designs.
• Prepare test scenarios and scripts for application testing cycles.
• Provide support for application, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Assist in incident management and change request processes.
