Job summary

Cognizant Malaysia in Subang Jaya seeks a capable leader to manage and mentor a group of team leaders. You will ensure execution of company goals, safety practices, SOPs, and deadlines while tracking weekly and monthly performance metrics.

You will motivate and assess leaders, assist management with hiring and training, and drive process improvements that deliver value to stakeholders. Coaching is a key part of developing the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a group of team leaders.
• Communicate goals, safety practices, SOPs and deadlines to team leaders.
• Ensure weekly/monthly performance targets are met.
